1. What is the Trial Room at Home service?

Fiafia brings the store to your doorstep! You can select around 7-10 dresses (by SKU) and try them in the comfort of your home before deciding what to buy.


2. Which areas are covered?

Currently, the service is available only in selected pin codes in the city of Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. We serve following Pin codes:

400005 (Colaba and Cuffe Parade), 400006 (Malabar Hill / Nepean Sea Road), 400007 (Hughes Road- (now Sitaram Patkar Marg, near Opera House/Charni Road area), 400011 (Mahalakshmi), 400013 (Lower Parel), 400018 (Worli), 400020 (Marine Drive- Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road), 400021 (Nariman Point), 400026 (Breach Candy / Altamount Road, Peddar Road -Dr. G. 3. When is the service available?

·         Daytime slots only: 11 AM – 6 PM

·         All 7 days of the week


4. How do I book the service?

·         Text your SKU selection (a minimum of 10 outfits (SKUs), with any two size options and preferred colour options as shown in website for each outfit to our official WhatsApp number 7678029299. The SKU code for the outfit is mentioned against each outfit in our website.

·         Pick your preferred date and time from the calendar. We offer following hourly slots

□ 2 pm – 3 pm                   □ 3 pm – 4 pm             □ 4 pm – 5 pm             □ 5 pm – 6 pm

 

All bookings are subject to stock availability of selected outfits as well slots availability.


5. Do I need to show ID?

Yes, for verification, we will ask for your Aadhar Card (or any government-approved ID). The address on the ID must match your service location. Customer information (name, address, Aadhar details) will be collected solely for service verification and delivery purposes. Our Fiafia representative will also kindly verify your Aadhaar card or any valid ID at the time of the Trial Room at Home visit.


6. Are there any charges for Trial Room at Home service?

No! The Trial Room at Home is completely free – no delivery or trial charges.


7. Explain the delivery process?

A Fiafia representative will bring the selected outfits to the Customer’s residence on the scheduled date and time. Once you have tried the outfits, choose what you like and pay.


8. Can I avail discounts or offers if I purchase through the Trial Room at Home service?

Yes! All applicable discounts, seasonal promotions, and offers will be available on purchases made during your Trial Room at Home appointment.


9. What if I don’t want to buy anything?

No problem 😊 You are under no obligation to purchase. Just enjoy the trial experience.


10. How do I pay if I like something?

You can pay instantly after selecting your outfits via UPI, Online via card, or cash


11. What if I wish to return or exchange the outfit after purchase?

We advise you to choose the best outfit as per your fit and liking. All purchased items from ‘Trial at Home” are non- Refundable and non-Exchangeable.


12. What if I damage a dress while trying it?

We request you to handle all garments with care. Any stains, tears, or damages during trial may be charged.


13. Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours before your booked slot so we can adjust your appointment.


14. Can my Trial Room at Home request ever be declined?
We do our best to honor every request, but in rare cases, it may be declined. This could happen if:

·         Your address is outside the pin codes we currently serve.

·         The address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be verified.

·         ID verification (like Aadhaar) isn’t provided at the time of booking or during the visit.

·         The order details (sizes, SKU codes, or contact info) don’t match or have errors.

·         The visit can’t be carried out safely or as per our guidelines.

·         There are repeated last-minute cancellations or misuse of the service.
