At Fiafia, we strive to ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our cancellation, Return, Exchange and refund policy below.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 12 Hours: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please email us at info@fiafiafashion.com with your order number and "Order Cancellation" in the subject line.
  • After 12 Hours: Once the cancellation window has passed, or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still request a return once the item is delivered, subject to our return policy.
  • In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount back to the original source within 7 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Conditions for Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging.
    • Labels, tags, and green seal must be intact and untampered.
    • Items with missing, damaged, or tampered labels/tags/seals are not eligible for return.
    • Please ensure correct pieces for return/exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece.

  • Process
    • The return requests are reviewed and approved, after which we will schedule a pickup at no additional cost to you.
    • Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer or failed after 2 attempts, additional charges will be levied as per the logistic partner.
    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund or exchange, as requested.
    • Exchange Policy: We accept exchanges for eligible items within the same 3-day window. Once the product reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days. Delivery timelines range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. In case of COD orders, you will get a Fiafia gift card. We will not refund cash for Cash on Delivery orders. 
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. We will notify you via email once your refund has been initiated. In case of COD returns, the gift card will be issued via email after receiving and inspecting the return. The gift card will be emailed to you on your registered email ID in the form of a gift code with a lifetime validity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Email clear photographs of the product and packaging to info@fiafiafashion.com. Upon verification, we will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.  In case of COD orders, you will get a Fiafia gift card. We will not refund cash for Cash on Delivery orders.
