1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Some remote areas may not be covered; in such cases, our customer support team will inform you promptly.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges of Rs 80 shall apply.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.


4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, or courier delays).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can also track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account on our website.


6. Undelivered Orders

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. A refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our services globally.


8. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at help@fiafiafashion.com with your order ID. We will investigate the issue and ensure resolution.


9. Packaging

All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.


10. Order Tracking

You can track your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse. The tracking details will be shared with you over WhatsApp on your registered contact number.
