- Items with tampered or missing tags/seal are not eligible.

- Once approved, pickup will be scheduled at no extra cost.
- If the wrong item is returned, additional charges will apply for reverse shipping.
Exchange:
Once we receive your return, your replacement will be shipped within 3–4 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Fiafia gift card via email (lifetime validity).
- 7 business days after inspection.
